I could not be more pleased with the team we had the pleasure of working with. From start to finish; the communication was great! Always very quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. A few years back i was the victim of a careless driver running a red light. My car was totaled and i sustained major injuries that required surgery and a lengthy rehabilitation. My insurance company gave me a take it or leave offer of half of my car's value despite having submitted documentation to the contrary. I needed transportation so i had to accept their offer. We were tremendously blessed to have Bert and Tricia assist us with our sons motorcycle accident. Unfortunately he had a car hit him while they were crossing three lanes of traffic.
