I highly recommend Don Roch as an attorney. My wife was driving to work and she was hit head on by two kids in a truck. It totaled her car and she was injured. Both parties shared the same insurance company. Don knew how to handle the difficult process of ensuring that my wife was taken care of medically and compensated for her losses. They were more interested in minimizing their exposure since they represented both parties. When the Insurance company paid some bills incorrectly, instead of paying us, they told us it was up to us to go after the medical providers to get our money back.
