Through my Journey of Divorce, and dealing with a challenging Ex I have gone through several attorneys through the years. All I can say is I wish I had discovered Lacey and the Team years ago. I probably wouldn't still be dealing with the aggravation and time drain that I am. Let me start with the end of the story, I actually received a check back for unused funds from the retainer. In my experience this was unusual. Due to work completed I've had to pay several additional checks at other firms, but I've never received anything back, and it wasn't a $10 check. Anyway, I found Lacey's advice to be solid and moved things forward as quickly as possible. When the way I thought that things should be was not in line with the realities of family court she let me know and I've found her assessments to be spot on. Her guidance led me through an optimized if not ideal path. If you need an advocate that will get you to the best outcome possible as quickly as possible, I believe Fennell, Briasco and Associates is a great choice.
