We sat with the sellers and their family for the entire buying and signing process, which I did not care for, this was a first for me. I'd prefer it to be separate and and private. I didn't appreciate the small talk amongst the family while he was explaining what we were signing. It was a lot of conversations happening. The gentleman that handled the closing on our house was polite and made a few jokes. Beautiful feminine office.

The staff is super professional and friendly. They always made me feel as though I was their only client. Thanks for a seamless experience.

This organization is directly aligned with the seller/builder, particularly CMD Homes, and not a neutral third-party with equal representation for the buyer. Construction is substandard and all warranties expire before redemption despite being written into closing contracts. If I were to sum up their quality of work I would say this is where the bottom of law school classes end up. Do not trust these people.
