These people are thief and taking money from everyone. They were charging me before the 30 days, $325 when I only owed $175.00 they don't refund so unless it was fixed in the system I couldn't pay. Then they close the case 2 days later after the 30 days and left my husband hanging with the tickets inches air. Now they want to see efund me the $175 that they took two tdays after the due date and keep the $475. When it was their system that wanted to charge me $325 instead of $175. I'm contacting the BBB and report them. If they tell.me to take them to court I will. Cause the case was close on Oct 23 even thought I had paid and they still had the case. They took my money and send a letter to stop the process of withdrawing from the case. Not only was their system trying to still my money they left the xase without advising. I ask for the copies if everything that they had put me through and they don't want to send it. The want to keep the money that is not theirs, even thought it was their fault. I'm from Port Saint Lucie. But I will drive up to Georgia as soon as BBB gets informed. The worst theft and how easy they think they can get away with. I wish I could had given them a 0

Everything was fine until they got the money. Once they got the money, the nightmare has began First, we went to court, and the lawyer didn't show up. After waiting an hour, we tried to reach them out. We tried for a full hour to reach them. After an hour, they told us your lawyer had changed. We hadn't received any information until then. Then we found the lawyer who came. The lawyer didn't ask us any questions. He spoke with the officer and told me I needed to take a course and pay a $200 fine. We asked how the process would work, and he said they would send it to you by mail. We waited three weeks and nothing came. We tried reaching out them again. Meanwhile, the woman who had agreed with us and collected the money was never available after receiving the money. Now they're saying they're waiting for a new court date, even though they've never mentioned it before. I ask why I need to go to court a second time, but there's no answer. Don't waste your time and money. By choosing this company, you're making things harder and causing more headaches.

What a deceptive company! When I called inquiring about hiring them to represent me for a ticket in Glynn county GA from March 2024, the intake woman explained that they would work to reduce my ticket under the super speeder amount, to save me that fee and reduce my points. So I paid their fee and retained them. My hearing was not until early February 2025 and I never heard back from the ticket clinic, but got a letter from Glynn country courts to pay my super speeder fine or my license would be suspended. I was somewhat shocked and called the ticket clinic to inquire about the outcome of my hearing. The attorney who represented me educated me that the Glynn county solicitor had made it her policy in February 2024 to NOT lower any tickets to below the super speeder amount. This attorney was surprised that information was not disclosed to me in my intake call, as I would not have thrown away $349 to the ticket clinic for them to be able to do nothing to bring down my ticket below the super speeder amount. It was deceptive, and unprofessional. As a law firm, I find it disgusting that you did not disclose important facts to the potential client for them to be able to make an informed decision. I'd give zero stars If I could, they did not help me, only took advantage of me.

Got a speeding ticket, called these guys and they were easy to work with and they explained everything. Read some reviews so I was aware there was a chance all the efforts would have gone to the dumpster and I could still be slapped with the ticket. Thankfully the Ticket Clinic was able to get me a dismissal. Granted it was a hefty chunk of change, I'd rather pay that for a dismissal than have a stained record with all the issues that come with it. Good experience overall.
