Terrible representation of legal counsel. She's not going to know what's going on with your case. She doesn't treat every case as it is important. Her legal aid will be the one who barley keeps in touch to inform you of your case. She's going to try and settle, before trying to get the maximum amount for your claim. Your well-being will not be in her interest. I'd advise anyone to go with a local lawyer who could actually stay on top of the caseload, and if needed you could go to the office to speak with them personally. She's untimely, unprofessional, and not a pitbull like you would need to represent you in a case. I speak from personal experience. Don't make it your own.
