So far, pretty awesome! I've used Luannes service twice now for a work related injury where I was treated unfairly. The first time my employer fired me after my injury and she got me my job back and didn't chargenme for services sense the case did not go to court. Now I'm using her again with the same company after another injury has left me physically unable to work and my employers tried firing me again, which is ILLEGAL. So far she has gone above and beyond to help me in any way she can, she has been a wonderful listener allowing me to vent my frustrations and anger and has never once lost her patience with me even if she should have.
