My Case Manager is Mrs, Freeman in the Valdosta Georgia office. She is very kind, calls me regularly to answer my questions and keep me up to date with the case. Mrs. Freeman explained the legal steps and what to expect moving foreword. Knowledge and promptness, kindness ,listens well helps me when she calls to see if I have questions and how I am doing.
