We have a small family business and my husband is a disabled veteran. This law firm seems not to hold American values. Shame on them! We needed attorney services in which Rhonda at this firm said it was their service area. I told her that we did not want to continue with the attorney that started our defense and why. After obtaining numerous documents and permission to speak to the other parties attorney , she said they would not represent us even though we would pay the other attorney what was owed and pay her firm as well. Although, she said that they could redo the one filing because there were mistakes , the problem was that they would have to file a substitution of attorneys. So, that is why the attorney, Mark, would not represent us. I understand a substitution of attorneys is just a simple one page document.
