Patrick Kunes is an incredible lawyer, very helpful, kind, and did what I needed him to do! I got caught in a speeding trap in rural GA on I-75 & come from a state where points is an issue, so I was concerned about getting points off my license and insurance rates raising. He was able to work with the city where I received the ticket & get the ticket amended so I don't have to worry about points off my license or raised insurance. And recommend Kunes Law & Patrick Kunes enough!

In the middle of August I got a bad speeding ticket that had an additional two tickets tacked onto it. Bad enough that it wasn't just one you could go online and pay, and came with a court date. After spending time researching the three citations I had on Google and ChatGPT I realized this was something I definitely needed an expert lawyer to help me with. I knew I wanted someone with experience operating in the same county where I was pulled over or a surrounding county, and spent a lot of time researching various firms who had experience in the right geography. I ended up speaking to three different law firms, but as soon as I spoke with Patrick I knew he was the person I was going to hire. I had been stressing over the experience, but after my first call with him I felt confident that whatever the best outcome for my specific situation might be - he would be the best lawyer to get me that outcome. After signing the engagement letter and getting contacted by one of his team members about the next steps I felt even better. She was very quick to respond and kept me updated regularly throughout the process. As you can probably guess by now, I ended up with an outcome that was essentially "best case" for me. I cannot recommend Patrick and his team highly enough, and hopefully I won't need them again but if I ever did I would hire them immediately!
