Needed to hire an attorney on the spot and Ana from the Tifton Location basically told me I need an appt and would have to sch one and that she could not help me. I'm pretty sure I could have gotten help right away but anyways Ana did not TRY to make an effort to help. That is why I normally contact Lons Kemmise a great attorney but he is not in town and I wanted to give George McCranies Law Firm a try.

Lack of communication, there's always different answers to everything. If I don't call I get no update. I have been getting the run around for almost 2 years about my fathers case & they still have not process it. I am very overwhelmed, frustrated after we spent $6000.00 + with law firm. As I was speaking to a representative she was going back and forth telling me what the case manager was saying but when I said I would like to speak to her she said she will have to call me back. This is serious, nothing to be playing around giving false information. I deserve WE deserve to be treated with the same respect as everyone else.
