Please anyone that is thinking about using this lawyer franklin hays please reconsider. Everyone thats is saying its like family and making it seems as if its a good place to do business is lying i promise you. Once you hear him talk you will understand what im talking about. Franklin and his tifton office is not proffessional they are rude and not well informed on bank ruptucy policy. I am of this day of 12-18-23 am trying to cutt all ties of having to deal with this shade tree Lawyer and them. When i started my bankruptcy he didnt no anything when it came to surrending property and what you can file . I had to surrender everthing before i was able to start making payments on one iteam. So much i can say about this low end lawyer. I will leave it like this it is not worth filing bankruptcy if you pay your bills struggle as long as you can and if it comes to surrendering iteams let the small stuff go BUT IF THERE IS NO OTHER WAY DO NOT HIRE THIS AMBULANCE CHASING LAWYER BECAUSE HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT BANKRUPTCY.

This office is amazing! They always answered all my questions, and worries! Just completed my business with them after almost three years!! I'm proud to say I used this office! One of the best decisions you can make!

Love him and his team. They are hard working people. And the best at what he do.! If u need any help with bankruptcy go to him. He is very helpful and sweet.
