They were all very polite, helpful, honest and very understanding of what I was asking about. I have a Paralegal degree (been out of school over 5 years) but my studies of what I was asking about had changed over time, so I went to them to find my possible options for what legality I was dealing with. They did not in any way make me feel demeaned in the information that I was seeking.
