During my initial phone conversation with Attorney Shanelle, I explained my husband's case in detail, and she assured me that Attorney Clarke and their team could help. Proceeding to hear my case, asking me details over the phone, ensuring they could represent us and handle the case, and asked for my deposit -- only for me to join a Zoom consultation the NEXT day, with Attorney's Yemane and Shanelle just to be told I had "nothing worth representing."
Throughout the hour-long call, I was repeatedly cut off while trying to explain my husband's situation. I was told my case wasn't valid because I lacked one form, and had "no evidence," yet no one actually asked what evidence I had or took time to understand our relationship. When I asked what else would be needed if we moved forward, Attorney Clarke replied, "If you aren't working with us, we can't give you any advice." The feeling of not knowing what to do, to spend your last on a consultation, to have professionals sit in your face and discredit your entire marriage, and relationship was one of the most belittling experiences I've ever experienced. Luckily my father joined the call and witnessed the entire interaction firsthand and was also very confused as to why they weren't able to answer pretty much ANYTHING.
I found them online, and Based on their reviews online, and how positive the phone conversation was the day before, I expected professionalism and care -- instead, it felt like they were more interested in collecting $250 than helping. Being dismissed, talked over, and made to feel like our relationship didn't matter was disheartening and unprofessional. However, through another Law Firm, my husband was granted bond not even months after this conversation -- thank God!
I've been contemplating posting this review since June 19, when I first dealt with them. But now that my husband was released on bond with the help of another attorney, I feel as though my experience could help someone else. Despite the false hope and guarantee nothing could be done and it be successful, I am happy to say My Husband Is free ! Also that it's very important to research WHO you are working with prior to giving them anything. I just hope and pray my experience doesn't happen to anyone else. If this can prevent someone from losing their money or their hope, then please take HEED ! Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but this was my experience.

Clarke's Law Office was very professional and timely with our case. We seeked their help when our case was at its worst. In September 2019 I received a letter from USCIS giving me only 30 days in the US( my husband's and I petition for change of status was denied) and that was a month after I submitted more evidence upon their request (Notice of Intent To Deny). I gave them everything my husband and i had, from bank statements, Bills, car insurance, photographs with friends and family etc. We had initially filed our case on our own and without professional help. These were the exact same things we supplied Clarke's Law Office with when they started working on our case (Appeal/Re-open) in September and after 6 months of submission, we received a letter to say my husband's petition has been approved. In July 2020 we received another letter that my I-485 has also been approved. I received my green card in August in the mail. I felt overjoyed because all of this took place during Covid-19 season when everything seem to be failing.
