My closing was handled professionally by Savannah...that is the extent of the compliments I can give this office. 1 hour prior to my closing I was informed that Dekalb county claimed that a water bill was outstanding from the person I had purchased the home from. That person was able to send proof that the bill was in fact paid & I forwarded that info to the attorney. However the amount of the water bill was deducted from my proceeds. I was told as soon as Dekalb could confirm that the bill was paid, I would be sent a refund. Needless to say I can't even get anyone to confirm that this was done. I spoke with CHRISTIAN on several occasions who informed me that I needed to speak with Nicole. I then left several messages for Nicole who NEVER returned my called. Finally after a week of calling & leaving messages I was told by CHRISTIAN in a very nasty, unprofessional voice that I needed to speak with someone else. I asked her why she was just informing me that I needed to speak with someone else a week later, her response was "that's who you need to speak with & she works remote", then she hung up on me. I called back only for someone named Addie to send me to the attorney's voicemail. I respectfully left a message on the attorneys voicemail in hopes that she would call back. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I will also be filing several complaints with the BBB & anyone else I can. This is unacceptable...I will not let this matter go unanswered.
