Mark was able to get a situation handled for us. Dealt with my impatient emails and phone calls for over a year. And even though pur process took a year and a half, we still managed to come out on top thanks to Mark. I highly recommend him! Hes honest and straight forward and will not lead you on to drag your process.

Mark Brittain is not the man for the job if it's not big money. He is unprofessional as he interrupted us in the middle of explain what's going on with one question, how much money are we talking about? Upon telling him he said he does not think it is worth his time, thanks for thinking about him and if it's more money we can give him a call back and then he hung up. In this market I'm sure there's big money to be made but what about the little people? It was thousands of dollars just not Mr. Brittain's level of thousands.
