He came highly recommended by another, husband/wife team of Savannah attorneys, and we were never disappointed by our decision. His thorough defense of our difficult case, set a precedence, admittedly, by the insurance company we sued for denying our claim. Our claim, on a total loss of our century plus, totally renovated farmhouse, was denied. This after being a 35 year FB member, with only one small claim in all the years of membership and no personal history to justify the treatment we received. Gene and his team dug in and compiled an exhaustive amount of evidence to substantiate our claims and won!
