You will never feel left in the dark, they'll inform you up front if you have a case or not so you don't waste your time. You will never feel like you're just a number at this law firm, if your call is missed they'll call you back promptly. There's no need to hound them. They are constantly working on case. Every WC injury is different and my case was completed faster than I expected. I was informed what my case was worth and they did everything they could to get me exactly what they told me.
