Mr. Baum represented me on a drug sales case back in 2014. I did a month in Cobb County Jail because of an error made on the type of warrant that was put out for me. As a result I didn't get a bond for 30 days, something that probably saved my life at the time, but in the moment was awful because I had already begun MAT (methadone) and had to endure a cold turkey detox off of 130mg daily dose. I did a ton of work on my end to avoid prison time including 100 days in patient rehab after my release from jail. I did well in pre-trial and passed all my drug screens, zero marks during pre-trial. That alone would not have kept me out of prison as the DA on the case was adamant about me doing at least a year in GA state camp. Mr Baum presented my case. I plead guilty to the charge as I was 100% caught on camera doing deals (oxy 80s)with CIs and UCs. I was cooked. I had multiple priors too. It's a plain miracle I didn't have to do time. I don't know how, but Mr Baum was able to get me 5 yr deferred sentence, 5 yrs probation, completion in 3 if I don't have any issues in those 3 years. Upon completion, I filed for full restoration of rights and received them all back, including my right to bare arms. I still play by the rules and have a life beyond my dreams. I recommend Mr. Baum for his services. Granted I did a lot of that extra stuff to keep me free, his familiarity with the judges and local systems coupled with my efforts, delivered an outcome that I couldn't have been more happy with. Also, I remember that he was very fair with his fees, pay as you go kind of situation. Total fees from him were under $4k after all said and done. Some of that I paid for in advance before turning myself in. COBB PD put a warrant out for my arrest and sent it to my house. They didn't even bother to try pick me up at home. The warrant was out for 6 months before I turned myself in. This gave me time to make some money, hire and pay Mr Baum, and set money aside for my bail. Everyone's situation is different. Mr. Baum was and still is the man for the job.

David is awesome lawyer I highly recommend him. He has work with me recently on several traffic violations even a felony eluding charge, He was able to show the judge I was not the person I once was & highly appreciate the effort he put in to avoid me to spending up to a year in jail .
