I missed a call from Ann and, upon returning it, was informed that the team doesn't work with Legal Shield clients, and Ann was unaware of the call. After listening to my voicemail, I confirmed Ann's call, but when I mentioned it to the receptionist, she questioned its authenticity, making me uncomfortable. It's disheartening to be treated poorly when seeking assistance from a law firm. Perhaps the receptionist could benefit from phone etiquette training. In my notes, the lawyer mentioned a misunderstanding about my case, but the treatment I received remains concerning, regardless of the nature of my inquiry. Terrible service . It's definitely giving #KARENS
