I was with my buddy during a conversation he had with Wendell, a lawyer who clearly didn't respect him. Wendell treated my friend like he was worthless over the phone, showing zero belief in what he had to say. They got into an argument about whether certain things were laws, which was ridiculous. When my friend pointed out that Wendell seemed uninterested in taking his case, Wendell had the audacity to respond with a smart remark, saying, "I'll let you know upfront if I'm going to take the case or not." After doing some research on him, I found that his record wasn't anything impressive either. I'm really glad my friend chose not to go with him.
