At first, everything seemed fine, but over time it's become clear that my case hasn't been taken seriously. It's been over a year, and there's still been no real follow-up or progress. About a month or two ago, I was told we'd be moving forward with litigation. I just spoke with Ben two days ago, and now he says they're only starting that process -- today. When I asked why it wasn't filed earlier like we discussed, his response was, "We just haven't gotten around to it." That was unacceptable. I've been patient and consistent throughout this process, but I no longer feel my case -- or I -- am being prioritized. This is the second assistant I've had to deal with, and there's been constant back-and-forth. A month ago, I was told the case would be closed out within a week or two. Now I'm being told it could take another 60 to 90 days. The biggest issue is not the time -- it's the poor communication and lack of clarity. Clients deserve to be informed and taken seriously. Unfortunately, because of all this, and especially that response from Ben, I can't give anything more than a 1-star review.
