John Hulbert and staff have been amazing to work with since I've been in the business of Real Estate. After closing many transactions with them as a Realtor, I decided to use them as the closing attorney for my personal residence. They knocked it out of the park as usual. I signed a contract with David Walker and Nick Stuart/Marie Henderson Sousa. He helped us on our house closing. We still to this day over a year after the contract was signed haven't been permitted to have a closing and still haven't been given a key to the house that we have paid for. David Walker/New Brick Homes/Best Way Homes/Windmill Inc./Nick and Maria have cashed our checks and taken our money and now David Walker is covering for Nick and Maria Sousa for breach of contract, forgery and theft by fraud. Update per you saying the review is fake. Apparently any review that is against your company you call fake. I added pictures of the contract with you and your company to prove that this is valid. I added some more details as well. I'm not adding personal information online, however the updated information I provided is enough for you to locate my case. Any time I call in to your office about the contract I signed with you and paid you, you refuse to help me. But your quick to reply about this complaint to say it's untrue. I also have all our documentation, contracts, recorded phone calls and copies of emails. Proof that in the contract they also lied about the warranty included (he told us there was a warranty, then personally told the contractors not to honor any warranty). He skipped the plumbing inspection as well as the electrical, rough in and other inspections. This is the type of clients that David Walker represents. I'm happy to provide any information you should need if you are ACTUALLY willing to assist me in resolving this and not just a PR reaction to cover a bad review.
