A waste. I worked with Brian. We did not spend much time discussing my case, yet that's who was assigned to me. Brian did not remember details from our initial meeting. He did not ask enough questions that could have dictated the route we chose to go, and he certainly did not prepare a game plan for the final hour before our court appearance.
The actual appearance in court was abysmal. Brian was not prepared. He stuttered and acted as if it was his 1st time representing a client. Brian spoke with a lack of confidence & authority and would not allow me to share my thoughts and testimony. It was a horrible experience. He DID gain around $3500. Must be nice...
