Throughout this ordeal with my loved one Matt has been nothing but wonderful! He kept in touch with us the whole time! He was Very personable and I highly recommend him! Matt is the truth and I can't say a bad thing about him! He's wonderful and I highly recommend Matt Tucker! He truly went to bat and he went over beyond!

Horrible.. he basically stole my money. I hired him to represent me last year, he filed a motion for discovery and nothing else. Quit taking phones calls, never filled any paperwork or anything. Took payment and did nothing. I ended up getting a public defender who took care off what Mr tucker promised me FOR MONTHS in one week. Tucker never returns calls or emails, and I have started the complaint process against him with the state bar. I even flew down to GA for court with my new lawyer and stopped by his office to get answers, he wasn't there at all....during a normal work week.. best to find a honest lawyer or use a public defender guys no good. Avoid this guy at all cost .. I have emails and credit card statements as proof, and so does the court house. He filed a motion of discovery than ghosted me forever

Matt Tucker/ Matthew Tucker is unprofessional please don't get your love one dis attorney you'll be disappointed at the end. Cheap isn't always good the reviews of other is VERYYYYYYYYYY Accurate!!!!!!!!!!

I have had the pleasure of working off Mr Tucker on several occasions and also referred my clients to him as well. Even throughout his unfortunate medical issues, he still remained diligent to the needs of his clients. Throughout his battles he has still done a superior job in representing his clients. I appreciate his knowledge of the law and his multiple years of experience. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone!

I was referred to Tucker and he was the opposite of what I expected. He was late( a hour and greater) to all of the court dates all of which he selected and made no communication with me or the court. In court he wasn't prepared and would state in accurate information. He never made one visit to see my son (his client). While in court one time he was caught telling me a lie saying that the prosecutor had agreed to something and she overheard him. Overall having Tucker as my son's lawyer was an additional stress and after paying half up front I felt compelled to continue to do business with him and I wouldn't recommend his service after what I had to encounter.
