He recieved my husband $100,000 check the week of January 13th 2025, at his Louisville, Kentucky address. Said he would have my husband check to him January 24, 2025. Today is February 5th 2025 he still hasn't received his settlement check nor has he paid the bills out of it as of February 3rd 2025. WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES since receiving check! And we know he got said check because insurance company sent us the notice! He signed us up for a 3 way split with the doctor that we didn't approve of. We was told doctors are paid separately. Still as of today February 25th 2025 we still have not recieved his check! We have notified the Georgia Bar Council. He is very unprofessional. There would be ZERO STARS if it would let me! Update: June 10th 2025 still nothing from this Attorney. Georgia Bar Council now has him under investigation. ZERO RECOMMENDATIONS ZERO STARS

Matt handled a car accident/personal injury case for me in 2022. During his repersentation he was very difficult to get in touch with and slow to respond. I came to assume that my case was not very important to him or his firm and thus I was on the backburner. It has been two years since my case was closed and I am still recieving bills from the medical expenses that Matt failed to settle during my claim despite assurances from him that everything was taken care of. I have reach out to determine how to proceed with the now overdue medical bills but have not gotten a response from either Matt nor anyone else at this firm.

Beware, Matthew Anderson doesn't pay his process servers. He contracted me to serve process for Gwinnett County Superior Court case 24-A-07455-3. He agreed upfront to pay $1,065.- for 4 services, praised the good work afterwards, and went silent since September 2024.
