My wife had just been scheduled for her visa interview and we found Puniter Law a couple weeks prior to the scheduled date. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really had the sense that they were as invested in our case as we were. We went into our interview feeling prepared, and well represented, which gave us peace of mind in the last few weeks of this process. Our I-485/I-130 got approved the day after our interview, and we definitely have Puntier Law to thank for that. The evidence they compiled and submitted on our behalf gave us a much stronger case than we ever would've been able to throw together ourselves. I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. I came to them expecting professional help and guidance, but not only did they fail to resolve my issue, My mom was immigrant trying to fix her legal status and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously throughout the entire process. Communication was inconsistent,( never talked to Noemi I was only sent to her "assistant") and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. In the end, my problem remained unresolved, and I ended up wasting time and money. I do not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable legal support.
