If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with lawyer Jules Junker and his staff was deeply disturbing. While I was simply taking my autistic son to his occupational therapy appointment, I was falsely accused of stealing by Jules and his white female employees. I was treated with hostility and suspicion solely because I am a Black woman wearing a pink hat, despite having done nothing wrong. Not only was this humiliating, but it was also an example of blatant racial bias. Instead of showing professionalism, compassion, or even basic respect, they made assumptions about me based on the color of my skin. Their behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment especially when already caring for a child with special needs. I strongly urge anyone, especially people of color, to avoid doing business with this office. NEWSFLASH: STOP MAKING FALSE CLAIMS AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE, YOU'RE LITERALLY PUTTING OUR LIVES IN DANGER. Thank God the two officers who showed up and called you out on your racist antics. You and your chain smoking cheerleaders. The state of Georgia needs to look at all of your real estate contracts to make sure you weren't bias to black people.

Your reviews are awful and you make yourself look worse trying to defend them, there are too many to defend. Your business and its employees are dishonest as evidenced by your denial of the encounter with the African American lady that you and your staff profiled and harassed while she waited for her young, autistic son to complete his therapy. You accosted her and called the police on her. You know the truth regarding the encounter, the police know (easily verified), even you and your crass, unprofessional, cigarette smoking employees know what happened that day, but instead of admitting to it and apologizing for it, you choose to lie about it. You don't want to risk losing your black and brown clientele over the truth but I hope they take notice of your actions and refuse to be used as pawns. I hope they have the good sense to read all your negative reviews and go elsewhere for their needs.

I had to use this closing attorney because it was the one the buyer picked. I was the selling agent. I would not recommend using this firm. Their attention to detail is "0". From the beginning of the transaction I gave them specific instructions on the closing being a mail away. The day before, I find out that they totally dropped the ball and the closing was postponed until they could get their act together and set up the signing. They kept screwing up the sellers company name despite the many times I had told them what it was. They did not give my seller a completed packet of closing docs after they signed, they had to ask for them. When we closed the second lot, I had to remind them that it was a mail away just like the previous lot we had sold the week before. The HUD statement was incorrect and the buyers agent said he was calling to take care of it and I never received an updated HUD statement. Then I get the commission check in the mail and they shorted my commission. When I called about it, they sent out an email to the seller asking them to return a dollar amount that was still wrong. So apparently they cannot read or do math in this office.

I highly recommend this Law Group for closing. Jessica and Michelle are very advanced, skilled and quick with gathering all information resulting in a quick closing. The HUD1 package numbers were accurate and Sophia did a great job with closing. Everyone was experience, friendly and most important the numbers were right. I was very happy with their services on 09/10/24. Thank you. Everyone did a great job.
