The review ratings for this firm must be company generated or fraudulent. Tracy is the worst lawyer I have ever met, (actually never met) because she didn't even have the courtesy as a lawyer to video call or meet at any point to at least put a face to her clients names WE HAVE NEVER MET!!! AND WAS NEVER ASKED TO MEET!!!! All we ever got were emails. Tracy should have never took on my families case!!!!!!! It has been six months and ever since she took on our case we have been doing her job as a lawyer amending police reports, running back and forth to the police department!!! Me and my daughters multiple visits every other day for over a month while being in excruciating pain and going to physical therapy, was so pathetic the Sergeant at the police department advised us to get another lawyer, which we considered but wanted to give Tracy some grace. We recently received a email from Tracy saying she was withdrawing from our case with no real explanation as to why, in fact!! she included details of an entirely different case!!!!! Not to mention when we went to our physical therapy appointments that was on a lien (her idea) because I was going to use my son insurance for him, she decided against it!!! but after only twice a week for three weeks of physical therapy she decided that we should use our own insurance!!!!! And we only found this out when we went to the appointment and it was canceled!!!!! Unbeknownst to us. Horrible!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!!! Wasting my time
