I was searching for an attorney to assist with a small legal problem. I had been to several other attorneys before I walked into David's office. He listened intently to what I needed legal assistance with and he determined that he could not assist with my specific thing, but he made several recommendations and printed out contact information and directions for a few he felt would be better representation for my case. Additionally, he printed out information pertinent to my legal issue to help me review and determine what course of action I might like to take once I found an attorney. Although he did not take me as a client, he was cordial, friendly, and helpful.

Hands down my favorite real estate attorney. Why do I use David for my real estate closings? Many reasons but one of the most important ones is that the man is reachable. I sent him an email at 11 pm one night about a client, fully expecting a reply the next morning. Nope. Within 15 minutes he had responded, answering my question and helping me be prepared ahead of time. he's a straight shooter, personable, very knowledgeable and unlike so many others, he and his staff always do an amazing job of keeping everyone informed. 10/10.
