My husband found an object in his food while at a local restaurant. We called a few attorneys that weren't interested in the case but Atty Watson told us we had a case. While the process was long and didn't seem to ever end, atty Watson got us a settlement that far exceeded our expectations. I will say; the office is not a hand holding office so if you need constant touch points this may not be your office BUT just know they are working and provide updates as they materialize. I highly recommend this law firm.

Because of the advice Attorney Watson gave me, I'm being penalized in two states for my license. I had a four month suspension in GA which I would have been fine waiting out, but she instructed me to get my NC license to travel back and forth for court purposes because she said GA courts would take my GA license and I wouldn't have a way to get back legally to NC. So I did what she instructed me to do & now my NC license is suspended for a year. I never had to drive back to GA for court we did it over zoom, so I never needed to get a NC license prematurely. Now the state of NC has suspended my license and I have to pay a reinstatement fine for two states, I have to do a DUI course for two states, and I have a suspension for a year, instead of just the required four months by GA... As far as her being my attorney the judge was annoyed with her not showing for one court Appearance, reprimanded her for not having all the evidence which prolonged the case she tried to say it was on the state but the judge said it was on both of them responsibility wise. I had to constantly call her to get information about my case because she only calls the morning of court appearances, & even then I drove to GA to find out she had moved my court date and never reached out to tell me before hand(this was before the instruction to get a bc license & I didn't have to physically show up for court), and ultimately none of my charges were reduced or dropped, she kept telling me what she couldn't do as opposed to what she could. Her fees are to expensive for her to give bad legal advice and ultimately not actually have a good relationship with Douglas County courts, the judge was very displeased with dealing with her, more than it was about my charges. I truly want to sue for the bad legal instruction because I could have just waited out the four month suspension did my GA requirements and been able to legally drive in both states.

can we start with a standing ovation for Zak though ! a woman that is TRULY representing for the community . i'll never forget the first time i exchanged words with her in regards to the case ... it didn't make sense , we will attempt to get the charges dropped . no lie , a year later i had little to no faith that Watson Law LLC was really looking out for me and my best interest . i like thorough communication , especially involving something that was as sensitive to me as this was , and i wasn't receiving it . i was an unhappy client . then BOOM ! the law angel came to me in my sleep and slapped the black off me and said " call the state , you'll understand everything after you obey my wishes " . low and behold i discovered my issue was with the state and NOT my law firm !!!! GEORGIA HAS THE WORST LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE U.S!! they are always backed up or not prepared in court ... that's crazy work my boy ... okay i won't write a book but let me tell you ALLLLLL ... if you're searching for a small business / criminal defense attorney right now ... LOOK NO FURTHER . go ahead and call this Small Firm because she's definitely handing out BIG Results . my charges weren't jst dropped , she got the whole case DISMISSED ! won't they do it ! and people understand ... small businesses have assistants to help them fulfill and execute everything needed to make that business thrive ! yeah , Zak may not be able to respond to you directly all the time . SHE'S A LAWYER THAT WORKS FOR HERSELF !! talk to those assistants ! they are there to give you the answers Zak left for them to provide . it took me a while to come around to that so yes , i'm speaking from experience & being a small business owner of my own now , i see the importance of assistance . one person can't do it all you know . thank you so much Zak ! hopefully i get to run into you in the future to tell you all about my prosperity after you got me this dismissal ! and i got the prettiest box from them celebrating 10 years so i want to end this by saying happy 10 year anniversary to The Watson Law Family !
