I retained Ryan's services for the purpose of assisting me in selling a distressed property. He immediately gave me the name of a whiz-kid, short sale realtor (Kris Zugloff) and the two worked together seamlessly to indeed sell my property. It closed yesterday and I did not have any costs at closing. I live in Florida and have never actually met Ryan, so I had to have someone I vetted and trusted. I cannot tell you how many times he fielded my stressed-out, worried calls. Through the many highs and lows of this process, he was always available.
