I had a great experience with O'Brien & Feiler. I started my disability claim on my own, but after being denied in the first round I hired them to guide me through the rest of the process. They stuck with me through the second round of denials and never gave up until my hearing, where we were able to win my claim. Charlene was my day-to-day contact and always kept me on track. Tracy was excellent at answering my questions along the way. Mr. O'Brien himself helped prepare me for my hearing, explaining what to expect and making me feel confident. This team was professional, supportive, and truly cared about helping me succeed. I highly recommend them to anyone going through the disability process.

I dont usually leave reviews but couldn't let this opportunity pass. Mr. O'Brien and his staff couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. Their service and kindness far exceeded my expectations. I was approved for Long Term Disability within 4 months of the application being submitted. They were always quick to respond with any questions I had and more than anything, they were kind and always offered words of encouragement when I was at my lowest.
