I came across reviews looking for phone numbers. I was shocked to see others having same issues. No return phone calls or emails. My husbands case is also from 2016. I honestly thought his my have been the oldest case, but not true. I understand it takes a while to gather info. We actually gave a lot to the practice to help speed case up, this seemed useless. Just a call to let us feel like we haven't been swept under the rug would be nice. I hope we will be contacted soon

My car accident is from March 2016 and I finally had something happen towards ending the process in Nov 2018. I'm constantly emailing and calling ! Everybody is getting me over to voicemails and not giving me any information on my case ! There's no updates or anything I'm just lost in the wind. I would never know if my case was settled because no one communicates with me! Hopefully things get better and I can give a better update.
