Martin is the best closing attorney in Macon and I have closed with all of them. They are easy to deal with and quickly close your property. Kathi in back office is great.

I was surprised to find out that he had me sign a contract with a scammer and when I called him about the contract he ignored me and said he was on vacation the contract is said to be illegal when another attorney looked over it but he worked with new vision property management to scam people and he a attorney and he did not realize that the contract was illegal

VERY unresponsive. Had to call and email repeatedly for updates or questions. Receiving a call back or email back is like pulling teeth. Clarifications are short, curt and not explanations at all. On day of closing did not receive any paperwork until the end of the day when lawyer was not in the office to answer any questions. Did not get any emails or calls on when the paper work would be sent. Had me on the edge of my seat waiting to finalize deal. They submitted it so late we required an extension to the closing date and again the next day paper work was submitted very late. Having them be the title agency and the closing lawyer added undue STRESS to the transaction. I would not recommend. A quick phone call or email would have gone a long way. Terrible experience.

Definitely don't recommend, I was a cash buyer for some property that we closed on well over 3 months ago and I still never received my deed from them. They wrote the mailing address wrong when they sent it to me and have seemingly washed their hands of doing anything to rectify it. Now no responses from them and no deed for my property. Very unprofessional place to do business with.
