I would like to say Thank you to Attorney Wayne Gilleland and his staff for the amazing job that he and his staff have done for me. I filed a chapter 7 and within 3 years I was able to recover. My credit score is a 749 and I am buying my first new home at the end of this month. I recommend this attorney because he is kind, smart and very supportive

I chose Mr. Gilleland as my attorney because a friend recommended him. This is my first time ever filing bankruptcy, and i was unsure as to what I should expect. The lady that works in the office asked a lot of questions, however she did write down all of the answers, It took them 2 weeks to actually file my case, when I was told it should have been done the day That I paid him $845.00. When I called and or emailed, several times during that 2 weeks of waiting, I never received a response, finally it took me sending a very nasty email in order to get a response. Fast forward we have the first hearing, and the trustee asked me some questions and i answered all honestly, because i'm telling her the exact same thing that I told them in the office, she asked about my employment, and I found out that they did not add in my unemployment for the month of January. I received a Notice of objection to confirmation. I have again been trying to contact this man to find out what my next steps are and I still have not received a return on any phone calls or emails. Please do not waste your time with this man, he will rip you off and you will get noting in return i am now seeking new counsel.
