I am writing a review for The Dellacona Law Firm, because of the long term relationship we built over a 7 1/2 year path to closure in our case. In this case we lost a love one that we felt we should not have lost in the manner we lost her. After receiving the death certificate, we were more suspicious. We got Dellcona law firm's name from someone who had nothing but good things to say about the firm. After a meeting with Mrs. Dellacona and some back ground investigation on her firm's part. She said agreed that the circumstance and manner did not match cause of death. I said 7 1/2 years we may have lost 3 years because of CVID -19, all the court dates and case's were put on hold and backed up. Even in this time frame when we knew nothing was happening with the case I would call and get an update every month. With this case we had many family members (11) involved, for the most part went through me but the Dellcona law firm had no trouble in keeping us all informed. When there was any question on how we wanted to move forward I as the plaintiff and executor was ask and informed of any issues, and was allowed to make the decision with Tracy's expert analysis. Tracy and her team had a very friendly and profession demeanor, and at no time did we question Tracy and her commitment to our case. We ended up settling out of court, I think due to the overwhelming evidence and facts that were uncovered by Tracy's experience, her experts and team.
