The Law Office of Robert R. Pagniello is a great place if you want assistance in your social security case, along with Workers comp., personal injury, etc. My family has had a few cases with them and we are still waiting to hear but they are working hard to get what we deserve. Definitely worth the wait.
Not good...that about sums it up! Attorney showed up to court hearing literally 3-5 mins. Prior to court. And didn't have any of my paperwork on hand. I found my own documents and evidence. They Literally got paid for NOTHING!!! I say RUN ..RUN FAST!! TO ANOTHER ATTORNEY.
I contacted this firm months ago to serve on my SSI case. I have an upcoming court date and ALL THEY HAD TO DO was simply show for it and support me in it. I called millions of times, and they kept insisting that they couldnt get in contact with me but they have had my email and phone number since the start and it is the exact same information as of late. The DAY BEFORE my court date, they EMAILED ME, yes emailed me instead of called until they could reach me, stating that they have NOBODY there to move forward with my case in court TOMORROW! They stated how the SSI woudlnt give them any information on my file. I have never in my entire life dealt with nor seen a law firm as unprofessional, down right disrespectful, breach of privacy or anything like this firm before. I rather represent myself. Never again!
My boyfriend chose this attorney to help with his disability case about 6 years ago. They have been helpful or successful 0% of the time. I recommend seeking better more communicative attornies.
Do Not Do Business With This unprofessionally Law Firm " Law Offices of Robert Pagnielo" I came to them to work my wife's case ( Soraida ) no communication, no updates, no nothing!!! we had to go down to the social security office and deal with them directly to get this case done. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. I will be contacting the BBB and the State of Georgia Licensing Dept Next and Filing a Complaint. UNPROFESSIONAL- WORTHLESS - CORRUPT
