Don't feel like we got our money worth when dealing with probation. Even the probation officer said he should have communicated with her and maybe there would have been a different outcome. I feel like I would have been better off with a public defender. Sounded like he knew what he was doing at first but turns out he was a waste of $2000. Your better off getting a public defender depending on your case.

WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT HIRE!! Told me he was going to do all these things to help me with my VOP charge during our consultation. Once I turned myself in he was no help at all and I ended up doing double the time he told me I would do. If it wasn't for my mother constantly calling him to do his job who knows how long I would've had to stay in jail. Even my probation officer told me to call her first next time instead of hiring him.

I strongly recommend anybody that has traffic law needs to work with Mr. Washburn. His communication was great at every step. He represented me in court so I didnt have to take off work. I will recommend him to anybody that has traffic law needs in the future!
