Ive been in and out of jail for 20 years. Countless lawyers. Not only did Attorney Robinson's beautiful energy and dedication actually make me want to do better but it did . She is on fire for every single case. Can't imagine the hours she spends on each individual. You'll not only get the deal you feel you deserve but a better one. She goes to bat against the DA for your name. And the best part is she is genuine. I bucked her at first however her intelligence shines through. Attorney Robinson owns the courtroom when she walks in. Not just because of her ever so adorable attire but her attitude screams winner. So glad she gave me another chance. Im not in prison. I was told she wasn't able to help me at that time she was going to trial which would last a couple of weeks and if I could wait that long she could take my tenant/landlord case. I called after a few weeks to check in and then was told she was finished with the trial and her assistant would speak with her and return my call in a few minutes. She didn't return my call so I called back the next day and was told she was only taking Family Practice Cases. Im very disappointed to say the least as I continue to seek direction. To the comment no I wasn't told she would review my case I was told she would take my case . If you weren't there you can only say allegedly what I was told and that was she would take the case after her trial was complete which could be a month and I said that was fine. Why would I sit around for a month just waiting on you to review my information when time was of the essence? I'm not the first person your firm has done this to and the reviews and the very unprofessional manner of your teams responses speak for themselves. First of all know that I'm very educated, thorough and I do my research so that's how I made my choice no just because it was Pro Bono. Yes there are plenty lawyers out there but I was looking for the best but I nowr ealize money talks. I even asked for recommendations for a tenant/landlord attorney and none was given. I gave a 1 star review because I was dismissed as if I wasn't important with no response instead of I apologize I won't be able to represent you at this time but I can provide you with some recommendations that may be able to assist. Kindness costs nothing. My review is valid for my experience . I know God will lead me in the right direction and always has a way of revealing things to us. I prayed for weeks before writing this review also led me to stop being silent and allowing people to treat me as if I'm not enough and that's why I waited weeks before I wrote this review because I'm going to advocate for myself even if it means going with representation and representing myself. Business owners can either continue to defend these reviews by telling the person that wrote them they're lying or take accountability. We need lawyers for us LITTLE PEOPLE...

If I could give 0 stars I would ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER LAW FIRM !!!!! This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a BLACK business owner. The service was VERY unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of respect for customers. It's clear they do not care about quality or customer satisfaction. Speaking with Roberta left me frustrated, disappointed, and honestly shocked at how poorly everything was handled. I would strongly recommend choosing a different firm business if you want to be treated properly. - Wowwww so I can get a CLEAR response from a google review but couldn't get a word in over the phone. We THOUGHT by choosing to come to your law firm due to a mutual friend we would support. Worst decision ever trying to stay within the community ! If you would have let someone speak you would've known what was going on , and if you felt as if it was fraud then maybe you should've called us in the office to speak with you directly ! So you CAN "stand completely behind how you handled it, how It was said, and the firmness and attitude with which YOU said it" !!! NOT EVERYONE IS DOING FRAUD MAM . I was given authorization to call or speak with anyone from your office due to his work schedule, he thought he would miss a call from you. so again if you would've let SOMEONE speak you would know THE FACTS of what's going on. No one is "pulling your firm into anything inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent" you should learn to communicate with grace even on your "bad days" now adjust your attitude to your firm !
