I retained Perry Bailey for a personal injury claim (auto accident) and 30 days later the case still has not moved forward. He does not return phone calls and tells his receptionist to tell his clients he is not in the office when he is there. After an entire week of trying to contact him multiple times per day he still has yet to return my calls. We had a friend of ours call his office and act like he was a potential new client and he picked up the phone withing seconds. At this point he is fired. Do not retain this attorney. He makes all sorts of claims about how many millions of dollars in settlements he has yet most of his reviews are 2 stars and under. Because my case is not a high grossing case he has continued to put it off. No client should have to go through this. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!

I had to put atleast one start to be able to post this review but I would actually give him ZERO STARS!!! Go to glasswork and see what his employees has to say about him!!! My boyfriend signed up with Lawyer Bailey December 2016. He actually came to our home to discuss signing with him do to a wreck we had with an 18 wheeler. Upon looking at his reviews I decided not to sign with him and went with Monge & Associates, however my boyfriend decided to give him a chance! Well to make a long story short me and my daughter settled our case with receiving almost 4 times the amount of our medical bills in April, and my boyfriend has yet to hear from Lawyer Bailey! He called and pressed two for existing customer and the phone just rang. He hung up and pressed one for potential new client and Lawyer Bailey to our amazement answered the phone! He had NO CLUE about my boyfriends case he couldn't answer any questions we had! He said he would be sending out his demand letter within the next two days! Well two weeks went by and NO WORD from Bailey! My boyfriend called several times within those two weeks to see if the demand letter was sent and Bailey never returned his calls! My boyfriend then went to his office to fire him, and he convinced my boyfriend to hang in there with him because one of his secetaries just up and quit with no warning. So Bailey said he sent the demand letter May 5th! My boyfriend has called Bailey to get info or an update on his case, and for almost two months now and STILL NO RETURNED CALL! Today my boyfriend has officially fired Bailey!!! Keep in mind me, my boyfriend, and my daughter was all apart of the same wreck! Me and my daughter case was settled before Bailey even "supposedly" sent his demand letter to the insurance company!!!!!! HE DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH HIS CLIENTS AT ALL!!!

Absolutely amazing attorney. Got me maximum limits plus additions. The attorney answered every single one of my calls plus help me with all of my doctor visits and chiropractic visits. I never came out of pocket for anything. I would recommend this attorney to anybody and everybody I know

I loved this place, Attorney Bailey and his staff definitely made me feel like family and treated my problems as if they were his. I wish I could leave TEN STARS!!!!!
