I called the office to inquire about representation. My call was immediately answered by Portia, who was very friendly and polite. She asked me a few questions about my situation, and asked if I had any questions for her. She let me know that I'd be hearing back from the legal team in 24 hours or less, which is very important to me when it comes to working with an attorney. Some offices will leave you hanging for weeks, but I felt like this wouldn't be the case with this office. She also gave me her direct number, in case I needed to reach her before that. My first impression was that this team is efficient and knowledgeable.
