Hi, Janice Wallace was extremely helpful to me in regard to a contract dispute with a builder in a local "over 55" community. I live in VA and the community is in GA - therefore, it took me time to follow a chain of recommendations. After contacting several firms - and being unsuccessful in obtaining their time/help, I was very frustrated. My frustration ended when I contacted Beck Owen and Murray. I initially contacted Stephanie Windham (as recommended by my VA realtor, Jason Dodd). Stephanie responded quickly and got Janice involved. Janice was great to work with. She asked pertinent and incisive questions and then took action by phoning the community. She has been available for me to ask questions. And, best of all, the builder is going to refund my deposit. I believe that Janice's phone call helped to resolve this issue. I hope to relocate to GA and, as such, am keeping Janice's/the firms contact info when I need help in the future. Thank you!

We were represented by Bill Dallas in a law suit resulting from a accident we had 5 years ago. He was absolutely great in making it easier for us while we waited the 5 years to get to court. Treated very poorly. Paid $$ upfront for a title search, weeks have passed, still can't get a return phone call after leaving several messages. I wonder why I'm getting this treatment?? UPDATE: Months have now passed, still no title search was received, still no communication. Money gone. Beware.
