Do not trust this man he will not fight your case he will only push for easy plea deal anything beyond that he doesn't care. Mr. Overman does what he wants my wife is a medical marijuana patient in georgia with a medical card. He did a horrible job representing her didn't even tell the solicitor about her card. Wanted us to pay $1400 and send her to rehab my wife is a patient treating ptsd not a addict. Never contacted her physician or even did anything for that matter absolutely useless. And he left us in the middle of court just took off and said well take it to state court not his problem basically.

Mr. Overman helped me navigate a scary traffic court situation -- I was looking at a possible suspended license and points on my driving record. Don't use these lawyers. I went thru 4 lawyers with this firm because they couldn't keep good help. I went to court after paying them $5500 only to not have my lawyers NOT show up. They never went over my case with me. I have never seen my discovery package. I do t even know what I blew on the night of my DUI. They made me feel like a plea deal was the only way to handle this. I had to find a different lawyer to go back in front of the judge and withdraw my plea deal and get charges dropped. My new lawyer said I would have gotten out better with a publix defender than to trust this father and son team. It's been a year, and I'm still dealing with the courts. Don't fall for the bow tie
