Andre Sailers and Associates

I had a car accident on March 29th, 2025, which was my very first car accident. I didn't know how to go by retaining an attorney or what attorney to retain, until I happened to see a card with Attorney Andre Sailers and Associates' information, regarding personal injury cases. I called the office and was able to speak with Attorney Sailers. As previously stated, being this was my very first car accident, of course I was upset, hurt and overwhelmed with all kinds of emotions. After speaking with Attorney Sailers, it felt as if a load had been lifted off of me. He was so pleasant and went over everything, down to the detail with what would taking place with my PIC. Attorney Sailers has a BIG Heart and he gives his all in making sure that his clients are taken care of. He kept me informed and updated with everything from beginning to end on where my PIC stands. Attorney Andre Sailers was my 1st and only attorney. He represented me in my case and got it dismissed! Like a few other reviews I have seen I too have had a terrible experience with Attorney sailers & associates. Attorney sailers sold this great story and became mute after he received funds. The only time I have ever communicated with him was a 15 second phone call over a span of 3 months aside from that his only other means of communication has been via email twice but only to inform me that he will be out on absence of leave which totaled a full month to 2 months which has since been unsent once I stated to him that I would be filing complaints due to his incompetence, extreme lack of communication and lack of attention to my case. He refuses to refund me even though he has done literally nothing besides 1 motion for discovery packet back in March; and somehow sending me an outrageous plea which I denied because I felt rushed and the plea included zero of his initial promises as an attorney; due to my ongoing experience with him I have consulted with several other attorneys and they have confirmed that there are a plethora of things he could have been doing for my case this entire time. 0/10 would not recommend this attorney to my worst enemy. Stop mailing your flier and then failing your clients Andre Sailers !
