NOT RECOMMENDED! I was referred to Swindle Law Group by a friend in Carroll County, as I live in Woodstock and am unfamiliar with the area. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I paid $3,500 for DUI-related legal services, with assurances from Steve that I would receive top-quality representation. Despite multiple biweekly calls, I heard nothing until October 2025. During this time, I was often redirected by Tana, who was unhelpful and dismissive, especially when Mr. Swindle was hospitalized. After waiting a year, I traveled to court on September 3rd only to learn that Mr. Swindle had been arrested for showing up intoxicated to his own hearing. This was a clear sign I should have found another attorney, but I was unfamiliar with the system. On the court date in October, Steve told me I had to plead guilty, despite earlier promises of support. He appeared disheveled and unprofessional, offering no advocacy or explanation of my case. His lack of effort and professionalism was evident. Overall, Swindle Law Group provided poor, unresponsive service. I would not recommend hiring Jason Swindle or Steve. Their failure to support me has been a frustrating and costly experience.

I can hardly find the words to express how highly I recommend Jason Swindle as a defense attorney. As one of his clients, Jason has earned both my complete confidence and unending loyalty. Jason Swindle and his team at Swindle Law Group are to come highly recommended. Any time I e-mailed with questions concerning my case, someone from the group would get back with me within 12 hours at the most, and usually much quicker than that. Jason seems to be a man of integrity who cares deeply about the people who come to him for help. He is compassionate and really does go above and beyond to help his clients. He also seems to have a solid relationship with the judicial system. Because of his expertise and hard work, he was able to obtain an outcome for my case that was truly miraculous.
