This is the best closing attorney to trust with the closing of your home. Everyone in this office is very attentive and responsive to all your Real Estate needs. They have several locations all over Ga to make it convenient for all parties involved.

They under estimated our property taxes by thousands of dollars every year. We now have to catch-up our escrow account by nearly $5,000. Our mortgage provider told us we would need to pay an additional $800+ on our mortgage every month for the next year to resolve the issue. About $400 extra per month in taxes to get us up to what we should have been paying plus an additional $400 per month to replenish the overdrawn escrow account. After speaking to the tax assessors office for only two minutes it became clear that they didn't include the line item for the school system (the largest property tax line item) in their tax estimate. That's the last time I put my trust in this organization or the people who work there.

Way too much "miscommunication", miscues, and delays by this firm. I'm very disappointed. I called this location for help with a closing problem trying to find help in getting the problem, but my call was not returned
