I used the Practice for a closing on a small piece of property. Actually it was such a small sale I didn't think they would give it their full attention. I was wrong. I felt like the closing and myself were treated like my humble little closing was on the scale of a multi million dollar closing. I would not hesitate to use the Practice again and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to someone else.

Great communication too. My husband and I have closed several personal home purchases and homes purchased or sold for clients using their services for more than 15 years. Coats and Cordle is always my top choice and I've closed many homes over the years with various real estate attorneys. Beautiful office in the downtown Douglasville area too. If you want excellent service, and reasonable prices, give them a call.
