Merritt & Merritt Law Firm has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. Their lack of communication is unbelievable -- they do not follow up, they do not keep you informed, and you constantly have to chase them down for basic updates. On top of that, they show a serious disregard for client privacy and HIPAA standards, which is completely unacceptable for a law office. If you value professionalism, communication, and your personal information being respected, look elsewhere. This firm is not it. Only person who was good and showed compassionate was Ms. Felicia Date: 12/10 at 4:55 PM As of today, Merritt Merritt called to tell us they could no longer move forward with my uncle's case -- with no explanation at all. This is after they were supposed to call to settle the case. Instead, they dropped him without warning and couldn't even say why. When I asked for a reason, the woman on the phone said she didn't know anything. This law firm is extremely unprofessional. And to make it worse, they even wanted me to remove my previous review just because I spoke the truth about my experience. If you value communication, respect, and basic professionalism, do not trust Merritt Merritt with your case.

I want to thank Merritt & Merritt for the excellent service they provided for me. After the first phone conversation I felt comfortable I had selected the right firm to represent me. I felt they had my best interest and wasn't just feeding me lip service. They kept me informed throughout the entire journey, and enlighten me on why certain decisions were made. I thank everyone would played apart, had a hand in handling this case on my behalf.
