My name is Angelita and I started with Martin Jones and Piemonte in 2019. I worked closely with Mrs Charmaine King And attorney Adkins. The staff was very pleasant every time I called. Mrs King and attorney Adkins was amazing they fought for my benefits and never gave up on me. I really appreciate The staff including Mr.Jones who also helped with my case. They kept me informed the whole time with my case. Mrs King and Mrs Adkins went further and beyond to help me win my case. They took the time and patience to look at every detail about my case. They prepped me in time for my case. Every time I emailed Mrs King she return my emails right away even after hours if she was still in office she would always respond to me. This is a Mickey Mouse operation. The people in the Decatur office are rude and very disrespectful. They don't care about the case and think they can talk to you any kind of way especially the male who kept giving me false names and would never transfer me to the bootleg lawyers. Deirdra Hopkins is unprofessional and laughed at my situation. Naureen Joseph appeared to be a nice person and wished I had continued to talked to her. The others are very incompetent and lack of everything needed to run a business and deserved to be cussed out and can assure they will be again from me and other clients. This is not the end.
